Tracciabilità del pacco.
Le spedizioni con corriere forniscono solo giorno e fascia oraria di consegna. In caso di impossibilità di consegna del corriere per assenza del destinatario o indirizzo fornito errato i costi di giacenza sono a carico dell’acquirente.
PAGAMENTI
Accettiamo pagamenti con Carta di credito, Paypal, Bonifico Bancario e Postepay. Indicare sempre l’oggetto acquistato nella causale.
DOGANA
Eventuali spese di dogana possono essere richieste per spedizioni extra UE, non siamo responsabili per tale eventuale addebito.
RECESSO:
L’acquirente ha diritto alla restituzione del bene acquistato entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di consegna (farà fede il tracking dello spedizioniere) e dovrà essere accompagnato dallo scontrino / fattura di acquisto presenti nel pacco contente l’oggetto. La richiesta di restituzione dovrà essere preventivamente fornita al venditore tramite email. L’oggetto dovrà essere rispedito nelle medesime condizioni e imballo in cui l’acquirente lo ha ricevuto. Il costo per la rispedizione della merce è a carico e rischio dell’acquirente.

WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer has the right to the return of the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery (tracking by the shipper) and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt / invoice in the package containing the object. The return request must be previously provided to the seller by email. The item must be returned in the same conditions and packaging in which the buyer received it. The cost of returning the goods is at the expense and risk of the buyer.
